What we collect
We only collect what you give us and the little a website needs to run.
- When you apply: your name, email, phone number, website, and your answers about your business, your goals, your budget range and your faith.
- When you use a free tool: the details you type in, such as your website, business name, town, service, goals or app idea. If you unlock the full result, your email and first name.
- When you join The Ledger: your email and first name.
- When you book a call: the details you enter in the booking calendar.
- Basic technical data: your IP address is turned into a scrambled code, made with a secret key, to limit abuse. The address itself is never stored. Our analytics count visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How we use it
We use your information to answer you, deliver the tool results you ask for, prepare for calls, send The Ledger, and improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we never will.
The Ledger
When you give us your email through a tool, an application or the signup form, you also receive The Ledger, our weekly email. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also email us and we will remove you.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted services to run the site. Each one only receives what it needs for its job.
- GoHighLevel: our customer records, booking calendar and email.
- Railway: hosts the website and its database.
- Cloudflare: delivers the site quickly and runs Turnstile, the check that keeps spam bots off our forms.
- Plausible Analytics: counts visits without cookies or personal data.
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and SerpApi: AI and search services that process what you type into a free tool so the tool can answer you. Your email is not sent to them.
- Resend: may send notification emails from our domain.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a small security cookie to tell people from bots, and our private admin area uses a login cookie. Our analytics use no cookies at all.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while it is useful for working with you or answering your questions, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have more rights under its privacy law, and we honor them. Email hello@beforekingsco.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, encrypted storage for our service keys, and limited access. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong we will tell you what happened and what we did about it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
